Privacy Policy
Draft for review. This policy must be reviewed and completed by AeroSapiens (including contact details and data-protection obligations such as India's DPDP Act) before public launch.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), business profile, client records, catalogue items, invoices, payments you record, uploaded logos and signatures, and security logs (sign-in events, IP address, browser user agent).
How we use it
To provide the Service: generating and storing your invoices, securing your account, and operating subscriptions. We do not sell your data.
Isolation and security
Each organization's data is accessible only to its members. Passwords are hashed; sessions are stored server-side; uploads are stored outside the public web root.
We send account emails (verification, password reset) when email delivery is configured.
Retention and deletion
To be defined by AeroSapiens. Invoices may need to be retained for statutory periods.
